If you find a vulnerability on kyberapu.fi or in our services, please let us know. We handle reports confidentially.
How to report
Send your report to help@kyberapu.fi. In urgent cases you can call +358 2 483 2323 on weekdays 08:00–16:00.
Please include:
- which address or service the vulnerability affects
- how the vulnerability can be reproduced
- the possible impact of the vulnerability
- how we can contact you, if you would like a reply.
We ask that you
- do not exploit the vulnerability beyond what is needed to demonstrate it
- do not access, modify or delete other people’s data
- do not perform denial-of-service attacks or use social engineering
- do not publish details of the vulnerability before it has been fixed.
